What we can add
The crystals are broad, thin and irregular, with flat translucent faces and broken edges rather than uniform pyramid shapes. The front calls them “Flakey White”; the ingredient panel gives one ingredient and no anti-caking agent.

Allowing for the rounding the label is permitted, the true figure sits somewhere in the 375–410 band, or roughly 100% of the sodium a gram of table salt would carry.
